I guess this will not be the last time I steal something from Meng: he seems to be a guy that many people should be inspired by.
By the way, once Wilson Mizner stated: "If you steal from one author it's plagiarism; if you steal from many it's research." I would add the line: if you steal from many, one by one, it is a blog.
